Fridtjof is a trusted and respected Senior Human Resources and Executive Coaching business leader. He has been CEO and Managing Partner of leading international HR consultancy brands and served as global CHRO of multinationals. He works with executives and teams on high-performance transformation and self-managing leadership growth to achieve breakthrough change.
Born and grown up in Brazil, educated in Germany, Switzerland and the US and working & living internationally have been his teachers to learn that numbers may count but character matters. With passion for and in-depth understanding of people, organisational strategies, and business imperatives, Fridtjof enables sustainable growth through personal reflection and focused conversion of individuals and teams.

Fridtjof holds a master’s degree in engineering from the University of Siegen in Germany and a Swiss HR Diploma. He is a certified professional co-active coach and co-active leader from The Coaches Training Institute in San Rafael, California. In 2019 he has been certified as Supervisory Board Member from School GRC/School of Governance, Risk & Compliance, Steinbeis-University Berlin. He and his wife have four children and live in Germany and Spain
